Person in wheelchair struck by car, killed
A man in a wheelchair died after being struck by a car on South H Street Monday afternoon. Flex Arthur Tekaat, 69, was taken to Kern Medical Center where he died from his injuries at 3:31 p.m., according to a Kern County Sheriff's Department Coroner Section news release.Read more at the Bakersfield Californian.
