WINTER EVENTS

38^th Annual North of the River Christmas Parade (looking for riders):

Dec. 11^th Saturday 9am
We Bike Bakersfield will be riding as a "float" along with our "banner" 
Show up early North Chester Ave, Look for a large group of riders.
Theme: Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer
(we ask that you wear antlers & decorate your bike to look like a reindeer)

Haggin Oaks Christmas Lights Ride:

Dec. 15^th Wednesday 5:30pm

We will be meeting in the Kaiser parking lot at ( 8800 Ming Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93311-1308 )

Downtown Christmas Lights Ride:

Dec. 20^th Monday 5:30pm

We will be meeting at Beach Park at the entrance to the Kern River Parkway (AKA the bike path)

Full Moon Ride:

Dec. 21^st Tuesday 5:30pm

The Full Moon Ride will be starting at 5:30pm sharp. The Full Moon Ride will be meeting at 
Beach Park at the entrance to the Kern River Parkway (AKA the bike path)

He'll be delivering a special monologue to our crowd that's sure to be funny and enlightening. In addition, there are going to be many movers and shakers in the transportation world on hand - including NYC DOT Commissioner Janette Sadik-Khan who will deliver some special words to our audience."

Full Moon Ride

Our monthly community group ride we like to call the Full moon Ride will be on a Sunday this month.

November 21st. 7pm
Leaving from Beach Park's bike path entrance.

Let's remember that the weather is cooling as winter is fast approaching. Keeping that in mind dress properly for the evening ride.
